Michigan Doodle Rescue Connect is primarily an owner surrender rescue.
​We know that you may find yourself with a dog that just isn't matching you and you want to be sure that your dog is not flipped on the internet or properly vetted and matched.
We follow our dogs for life and properly evaluate them, vet them and get them to a matching environment.

I had no clue how hard it was to raise a puppy. She had special needs and MDRC accepted her and got her all the tests and care she needed. It made the whole process much easier for me. I just couldn't do it but with their help...she got to an amazing family.-Shannon

DO not list your dog on facebook. people can rehome your dog and they are not under any obligation to you once you hand them your dog. MDRC puts adopters under a contract and follows them for life. If you have an emergency...you can text 989-486-3315. 

We have limited space available, so please fill the form out right away. we make no promises to bring any dog in. we have limited space and need to provide quality care. 

1.) Fill out the surrender form. the form contains 2 pages of information. 
attach a photo and the form. Do not forget a phone number. this is private & confidential. THat means anything we discuss is private. 

2.) We will reach out to you within 24 hours depending on the day and emergency care we are providing.

3.) We get breeder surrenders and we are private and confidential with the information. We do not judge or bash anyone on facebook. bullying is against facebook rules and regulations.

4.) Be patient. we are aware some of you have emergencies...we try to get to those asap...we are not a large scale rescue. 

5.) any harrassing vocabulary will result in an immediate removal from consideration. 

Puppies under 9 months take high priority. We are happy to provide full vet care and share updates with you.
